Feathers Multicoloured
Perfect for making a Koukara, arts and crafts!
Koukara is a Clean Monday tradition from Pontos, that is used as a Lenten calender. The Koukara is traditionally made using either a potato or onion, with seven feathers poked into it, six of which were dark and the seventh was white, symbolising Holy Week. It was hung from the ceiling, and one feather was removed each week of Lent.
